Project Overview
Located in the vibrant heart of downtown Dallas, this mixed-use veterinary space seamlessly combines pet care, retail, and urban wellness into a single, cohesive architectural statement. Designed to cater to the city's dynamic, pet-loving community, the project redefines the conventional veterinary clinic as an inviting, multifunctional hub where care, commerce, and community intersect.
The site is a challenging triangular corner lot that faces an established urban streetscape and rapidly developing neighborhood. Strategically located in a high-traffic urban area, the project serves as a community anchor, drawing in locals and visitors alike. Its pedestrian-friendly design aligns with downtown Dallas’ walkability initiatives, while bike parking and proximity to public transit reinforce its accessibility.
This mixed-use space is more than a veterinary clinic; it’s a vibrant addition to the urban fabric, a place where pets and their humans feel equally valued and cared for.

Merging mixed-use functionality with contemporary practice, the project elevates the experience of pet care into a holistic lifestyle destination for pet-related amenities and care. The program include; a pet friendly cafe, veterinary clinic, laboratory and testing facility, administration and offices, pet grooming facility, as well as a veterinary pharmacy.
