Project Overview
This multifamily residential project reinterprets the Neo-Georgian architectural language of North Texas through a contemporary lens. Drawing inspiration from the civic gravitas of SMU and the refined material discipline of Old Parkland, the building balances institutional clarity with residential scale.
Red brick and cast stone establish a timeless palette, while symmetrical massing, recessed openings, and articulated entries create depth and hierarchy without excess ornamentation.
The design prioritizes proportion, rhythm, and durability—translating classical principles into a modern housing typology suited to Frisco’s evolving urban fabric. Landscaped courtyards and carefully scaled façades foster a sense of permanence and community, positioning the project as a contextual yet forward-looking addition to its setting.
