The site is surrounded on 3 sides by bayous, and all buildings surrounding the site are 90% impervious. As the site is prown to flooding during rainy and hurricane season, a water movement, drainage and irrigation model is created to investigate the effects on the project site and how best to address the issue using a combination of water diverging, bio-remediation strategies and mechanical pumping and harvesting.
