Using passive house principles, heavy timber, thermal massing for natural insulation, energy efficiency MEP, and North Facing windows, this design blends sustainability, comfort, and modern living.
The 3076 sq. ft. first floor features four bedrooms, including a master suite, a kitchen with an island, wine storage, and three bathrooms, plus a 408 sq. ft. covered seating area overlooking the oak-hickory woodlands below. .The 2617 sq. ft. second floor acts as a secondary residence for the owners, with an additional master suite, secondary kitchen, safe room, two bathrooms and access to a 3 car garage. This includes a 570 sq. ft. covered wraparound balcony which offers panoramic views.  The design blends sustainability, comfort, and modern living.
