New Construction | Neighborhood Center | Flexible Commercial | DT-HC
Located within the Historic Downtown district in Princeton, Texas, Greenline Market is a 9,235-square-foot ground-up retail development designed as a flexible, multi-tenant shell for neighborhood-serving businesses. The project reinvents the suburban strip typology through a refined architectural expression, generous glazing, and pedestrian-centered placemaking.

A rhythmic brick facade is punctuated by bronze aluminum storefronts, the center offers seven divisible bays that invite a range of tenants—from boutique retailers to light food service and wellness operators. Brick is utilized in varied coursing patterns, finishes and colors to differentiate architectural hierarchy and proportion.

Interiors benefit from full-height glazing and upper-level clerestory bands, designed to bring natural light deep into the space while providing ample space for branding and merchandising. Greenline Market is both a commercial asset and a civic gesture—designed to invite engagement, support diverse businesses, and serve as a local landmark as Princeton continues its suburban transformation.
